Powder injection molding process and plastic injection molding process is consistent in principle, the equipment
conditions are basically the same. In the process of injection molding, the mixture was heated in injection machine
material canister into plastic material with rheological property, and then injected into the mold under the appropriate
injection pressure and forming a green body. The green body should be uniform on the micro, so that the product shrinks
evenly in the process of sintering.

Sintering: sintering can make porous degreased green body shrink and densify to products with certain organization and
performance. Although products performance is related with many process factors before sintering, in many cases, the
sintering process has greatly, and even decisive influence on the microstructure and properties of the final products.

Post-processing: for size requires more precision parts, need to make the necessary post-processing. This process is the
same as the conventional procedures of heat treatment of metal products.

equipment.
