The application of microinjection molding has been increased

As the terminal product changes, so does the mainstream processing technology of the component. According to statistics,
powder injection molding is one of the most popular technologies nowadays.
The powder injection molding material has been developed from the early stage of the iron base, cemented carbide,
ceramics, which is not sensitive to impurity content, is not very strict system function demand, to the high temperature
nickel base alloy, titanium and niobium material. The material use category also developed from the layout material to the
functional materials, such as heat sink material, magnetic material and shape recall alloy. The metal injection molding
technology can be used to form a variety of different components, so the composite layout with sandwich mode can be
obtained. For example, a combination of 316L stainless steel and 17-4ph alloy can be used to complete mechanical
functions.
A significant development direction of powder injection is closely related to microsystem technology. In the context of
Microsystems, such as electronic information, microchemistry, medical devices, etc., the equipment is constantly
miniaturized and the functions become more and more complex. And the powder injection molding technique supplies the
possibility of completion.
Microinjection molding technique is an improvement of traditional injection molding technology. It is a form of forming
technology developed for the parts as small as 1μm. The basic technology is common with traditional injection molding,
but the particle size is smaller. The micro-injection molding technology has been developed for the microfluidic equipment
with a micro layout accuracy of 10um, with a scale of 350um ~ 900um stainless steel parts. The properties of different
materials, the composition of composite layout, and the combination of the composite layout are obtained, and the
magnetic/non-magnetic, conductor/non-conductor microcomposite parts are obtained.
