China’s mold industry science and technology competition gradually emerging

After long-term development, mould industry is currently in the rising period.In this stage, the mold enterprise should adopt what way of development, become a big problem for many  mould enterprises actively think about. Persistent price war is not accepted by enterprises, science and technology competition gradually surfaced.
China domestic mold industry is at the low end of the world mould industry, such situation has something to do with the low level industry technology and continued price war. Mold industry wants to grow, must constantly increase the r&d funds, increase the technological content and produce products with core competitiveness. Increase the intensity of product research and development, can really change the competitive pattern.
Why the domestic mold industry stuck in price war?  Domestic currently there are many enterprises engaged in the mold production, but the scale is small, model, normally small individual workshop with low technological content. Small scale enterprise products basically for imitation, lead to more and more homogeneity of mid-range mold. Mould companies facing overcapacity, inventory backlog problem. Mold enterprise in order to improve sales, will reduce the price of the products.
When profits continuously compressed, enterprise has no extra money for product research and development.
Price war lasting for a long time in the industry, will affect the whole industry. Mold enterprises in China should improve technological content of products, shift from the current price competition to science and technology competition. Believe that Chinese enterprises after the transformation of the mode of competition, the enterprise’s production level can be significantly enhanced, effectively get rid of vicious competition, let the mold industry scale new heights.
