Japan’s Mitsubishi will improve the capacity of sintering parts used in automobile engine

Sintering parts made from high temperature sintered metal powder, can be made into high strength and complicated shape
parts. Therefore, sintered parts used in high fuel efficiency of the engine performance is increasing.
On January 12, according to “Japanese economic news” reported that Japan’s Mitsubishi composite materials company will
enhance the capacity of sintered parts for automobile engine, etc. The company will invest to 2 factories in Guangdong
China and Indonesia about 3 billion yen, in 2016 to expand production capacity to 2 times of the current. With the
increase of environmental protection car, the demanding of sintering parts that increase engine efficiency is gradually rise,
so the company plans to expand demand.
Paid in full by Mitsubishi composite materials of metal parts manufacturing company Japan Diamet will invest to
Guangdong and Indonesia’s factory. In Guangdong, the production, called “variable valve timing institutions (VVT)” part,
this part is to adjust the engine’s suction and exhaust time, made it possible to lower fuel consumption and high output
power. In Indonesia, is producing a returning tail gas to inhale system, realizing low burnup sintering oil-retaining
bearing, etc. Mitsubishi materials will add production line in Guangdong, in Indonesia will build workshop, double
capacity respectively.
Due to the environmental problem more and more valued in many countries and government subsidies, environmental
protection car is increasing. According to Japan’s Fuji CHIMERA heald research statistics, variable valve timing (VVT)
nacelle bureaucracy parts market size to 2025 will be 24% higher than in 2013, expanded to 3.41 trillion yen. In addition,
the sintering suction exhaust oil bearing and other system components will also be increased by 61%, up to 2.34 trillion
yen.
