(Product Description)
Our custom precision casting & CNC machined structural components are engineered to meet the most demanding requirements of modern industrial automation, jigs & fixtures, and precision instrumentation.
These parts are produced using a hybrid manufacturing process: first, a near-net-shape is formed via precision investment casting (for stainless steel) or die casting (for aluminum), which allows for the creation of complex geometries, internal cavities, and weight-saving hollow structures that would be impractical or cost-prohibitive with conventional CNC machining alone. The pre-formed part then undergoes a rigorous CNC secondary machining step, where critical functional features—such as mounting holes, locating pin bores, precision slots, and mating surfaces—are machined to exacting tolerances.
This hybrid approach delivers the best of both worlds: the design freedom of casting to create intricate, lightweight structures, and the precision of CNC machining to ensure reliable, repeatable performance. The finished components are ideal for applications where weight reduction, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy are paramount, such as in robotic end-effectors, custom jigs, and high-precision medical or optical devices.
We specialize in fully custom manufacturing. Simply provide us with your 3D CAD model (STEP/IGS format), and our engineering team will optimize the design for manufacturability, select the appropriate material and process, and deliver a finished component that perfectly matches your specifications. We also offer optional surface treatments, including passivation, sandblasting, and anodization, to enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
